The owner is really transparent and provides all details before fixing your car or charging a dime to the customer. I had to change sensors of my car engine. He recommended for a thorough test first which actually saved a lot money. I would go to this pace again for any future repair service.

today was my second time dealing with Shaun At Durham Automotive and each experience I've had has been great, my problems got fixed almost if not right away which was amazing, and I was super impressed with the cost as well. I feel very welcome here and they talk to you like you're someone they want to help, not take your money. Rip off over charges on parts charged me $700 to change 2 calipers and one roter on a mazda 3 charged me $168 for each caliper they actually cost $68 each bought 2 roters but changed one and they kept the other one 99$ i was charged. then one hour of labour 100$ should of charged me $350 tops total cost was $700 ill never go back there

Very professional and extremely honest owner. I went in because my car was making a flapping noise and wanted a wheel alignment but the manager confirmed it had nothing to do with that and was just the liner which was hanging (cheap fix). Overall, great experience, great staff, and awesome attitude from the owner! I highly recommend this place!
